We value every customer and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.


📌 Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept  refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or personalization details provided by the customer

Each item is custom-made with unique details (such as names, designs, embroidery, or prints) and therefore cannot be resold.


🔁 Free Replacement

We offer free replacement if the issue is caused by us or the carrier. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or faulty due to our production

  • The personalization is incorrect (different from the confirmed order details)

  • Your package shows no tracking updates for over 3 weeks or arrives far later than expected

✅ To request a replacement, please provide the following to service@loradream.com:

  1. Order number and email address

  2. Clear photos or videos of the defective item

  3. For printing/embroidery errors: close-up photos of the mistake

  4. For sizing issues: photos with a measuring tape or ruler next to the product

If confirmed, we will send a new replacement at no additional cost.
Please do not return items to the original shipping address. If a return is needed, we will provide the correct address by email.


💰 Replacement with Small Fee

If the error was caused by the customer (for example, incorrect customization details), we can still provide a replacement at a discounted fee. In this case, you do not need to return the original item.


❌ Non-eligible Cases

We cannot provide refunds or replacements if:

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete

  • The issue is due to minor differences in color (up to 20%) caused by monitor display or lighting during photography


⏱ Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

Although refunds are not normally offered, in rare cases where the order cannot be fulfilled due to our internal error, we will issue a full refund.

  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds via PayPal are usually processed within 1–3 business days.


📦 Shipping Fees

  • For defective or incorrect items (our error), Loradream will cover all replacement and shipping costs.

  • For replacements requested due to customer errors, customers are responsible for the replacement fee and shipping costs.


🛑 Cancellation

Once your order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check all details (size, color, personalization) before placing your order.
